Together, we can work towards understanding and embracing life’s uncertainties and challenges, empowering you to make the changes needed for growth and fulfillment.

Meet Sara Ahmadian

Hey there! I’m Sara, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a passion for helping people like you navigate life’s ups and downs. I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and personal experiences to my practice. As a neurospicy woman of colour, immigrant, and someone living with chronic illness, I intimately understand life’s challenges and the importance of finding balance amidst life’s chaos.

I acknowledge that each individual is shaped by their own set of personalities, values, and life experiences. In our sessions, I don’t claim to have all the answers. Instead, I approach our work with humility, openness, and a genuine desire to collaborate with you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Laughter is welcome, tears are welcome, swearing is welcome, and above all, you are welcome, just as you are.

Let’s take the first step!

Book a Free 15-Minute Consultation

Finding a counsellor is like finding the perfect suit. You can look at it online, but until you wear it you won’t know if it’s the perfect fit. Similarly, it can be difficult to assess your fit with a counsellor just by reading their online profile. That is why I offer a free, no obligation 15-minute consultation appointment.

In this appointment, we will get to know each other before we commit to working together. We will discuss your goals for counselling and you are welcome to ask any questions regarding my experience and process.
